Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

All Jovision brand CCTV cameras and accessories purchased from Master Technology come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, hardware issues, and functional faults under normal usage conditions.

2. Warranty Period

• CCTV Cameras: 1 Year Warranty
• DVR/NVR Systems: 1 Year Warranty
• Accessories (Cables, Adapters, etc.): 6 Months Warranty

Warranty period starts from the date of purchase.

3. Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.
• Damage caused by power surges, lightning, fire, or natural disasters.
• Products without original purchase invoice.
• Normal wear and tear (such as cables, connectors, or housing).

4. Warranty Claim Process

• Bring the defective product along with the original invoice/receipt to any Master Technology branch.
• After inspection, products will be repaired or replaced based on availability.
• Replacement units may be new or refurbished but will be of equal performance.

5. Service Time

Warranty service generally takes 7–15 working days, depending on parts availability.

6. Important Notes

• Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• Any software issues, configurations, or third-party installations are not covered.
