• We do not sell counterfeit or unofficial items. If an item is found to be non-authentic, we will resolve the issue promptly according to our returns and warranty policies.

3. Warranty & Guarantee

• Products include manufacturer or reseller warranty as specified per item (commonly 1–2 years; warranty periods may vary by product).
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Damage resulting from misuse, incorrect installation, water/fire, or physical damage is not covered.
• Warranty claims require proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

4. Return & Replacement Policy
